You may have a great relationship with your dentist already or you may have visited a number of dentists trying to find out what are the best treatment decisions, dentist and facility for you. At Modern Dental Smiles, we believe that should not be charged to get a second opinion, so we want to make things easy and free for you.
Any Patient can be seen Free of charge at any of our office locations so long youbring in a copy of the existing treatment plan proposed from your current dentist.
What to Expect:
- Give our office a call to set up your dental appointment.
- We will need a copy of the Treatment Proposed and Cost from your current dentist to be seen at no cost to you.
- You can request this from your dentist or authorize your current office to release the information to us.
- You will be seen by the dental assistant to take any needed diagnostic information needed for the doctor to make a correct diagnosis.
- The doctor will do an examination and give you his opinion on the treatment proposed.

- If you would like to request an alternative plan or cost from our office, one will be provided to you at no cost.
