For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We have one way flow with new exit doors out the back and Hepa filters in all rooms. We are confident that you will also feel right at home in our office which is new and comfortable to lay back in, plants and soft music, and amazing long-term dedicated staff. We welcome and treat all patients as if they are family.

Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. To make accessingcare less of a challenge we offer 2 options.
#1: you can pay up front for all work and deal with your insurance company yourself and we provide you with the forms.
#2: We will deal with your insurance company and you pay at time or service for todays work. However to do this we need your credit card to be encrypted and vaulted safely with a third party at TD bank so that is your insurance company does not pay for all that they should we can charge the difference to your card later. We do everything we can to know your coverage but can not do so 100% do to privacy. We will bill up to $100. on your stored card , if the difference is more than $100 we will call you first. After any payment from you we will give you a receipt.
For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are credit, debit or e-transfer.
Cancellation
If AVOID A CHARGE please provide us with at least 48 hours notice.
