DENTAL ASSISTANTS
Anna Barret, Lead RDA
Anna is our Lead Dental Assistant and has been with Dr. Patel since he opened his practice in 2009. She was born and raised in South California and moved to Texas in 2005. She became an RDA (registered dental assistant) in 1992. Anna specializes in caring for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. She has a big passion for dentistry and her patients.
Anna has two beautiful older children and her grandson, Zayne, that makes her glow on a daily basis. Anna said she has really enjoyed getting to know our community and thinks of our patients as family. She is Dr. Patel's right-hand man and he would be lost without her!

ADMINISTRATIVE
Ashlee Dilloway, Office Manager
Ashlee is our new office manager & billing/insurance specialist. She joined the Precision Smiles team in the summer of 2016 and has fit right in with the team! She started as a dental assistant back in 2004 and quickly realized her passion was at the front desk, where she worked at the same office for 12yrs before coming here. She has extensive knowledge, working with billing and dental insurance claims. She is here to ensure that your insurance claims are paid correctly and understands that nobody likes to be surprised with an unexpected bill from your dentist. As a detail-oriented perfectionist, she will maintain accuracy with your account and make sure that you are happy with your experience at Precision Smiles. She also works directly with Dr. Patel to prioritize your dental needs, and she truly enjoys helping patients be able to afford their dental treatment.
Ashlee lives in Little Elm, with her husband, James, and their 2 daughters, London & Brooklyn. In her spare time, she enjoys baking cupcakes (and boy, are they good!) and watching her girls play soccer. She's also a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and loves watching football, and her favorite place to be is at the gym, lifting weights!

Joy Rodgers, Insurance Coordinator
Joy has been with our team since September 2016 and we know you will love her as much as we do! Her name fits her personality--she is the happiest & bubbliest member of our team (probably ever) and you can't help but be happy when she's around. Joy verifies all our patients' insurance before you come in for your appointment, to ensure we have all the information we need about your dental benefits. She has worked in the dental field for over 12 years and LOVES talking to patients and getting to know them!
Joy lives in Frisco, with her husband, Brian, and their 5 kids. She loves spending time with her family, traveling with her husband, and cooking everything! She is a super proud mom and enjoys going to cheer on her kids at all their extracurricular activities. She also loves running and yoga.

Kaila Martin, Patient Coordinator
Kaila is brand new to the office and boy, is she a breath of fresh air! We knew right away that she would be a great fit. She's the first voice you'll hear when you call and the first pretty face you'll see when you come in. She is our new patient coordinator and will help you with all your scheduling needs. She has worked in dentistry for 4 years, but with her expertise, it feels like 14 sometimes.
A Dallas native, she lived in Austin for a short time, but realized her heart belongs here. Being a true Texas girl, Kaila of course enjoys country music & dancing! In her free time, she likes to spend time with her friends and her adorable Godson, Landon. She enjoys being on the water and being outdoors!
